The HFNC endeavours to operate in a successful manner, while promoting family values of friendship, honesty, fearlessness, loyalty, respect and support for all members past and present. To achieve this HFNC will: •Commit that all decisions will be made to ensure good financial stewardship of the club •Commit that all decisions will be made to support our local youth and encourage their succession from the Junior club through to the Senior club. •Commit that all decisions will not be implemented or made in isolation and shall be addressed and agreed upon by the committee. •Create policies & procedures that will be implemented, communicated and followed through with, to create a happy and healthy environment for all players, members and visitors to our club. •Conduct business ethically, honestly and with diligence at all times. •Make HFNC and its venue an environment that is 'family friendly' •Endeavour to support its volunteers and seek new volunteers as these local people are the 'backbone' of the club and are essential for the successful running of the HFNC MISSION STATEMENT
